Just horrible experience. I went with my mother to consult about some lumps she has on both her hands. The doctor sits in Arete Hospital ** **** ***** ***** ******** ** ************** The fees was INR 800 plus INR 200 for first time. After initial consultation he prescribed some tests which was done there and costed about INR 11K. After reports came we did the follow-up consultation and he prescribed some medicines ********** **** ******** *** * **** ***** ****** ****** **** ** ******* *** ** ******. We decided to visit again after couple of weeks they charged another INR 800. During consultation when we told there was no improvement, he finally said there is a specialist in another hospital he knows and asked us to consult that doctor. Basically, it is a way to compensate cost for the expensive hospital prescribing expensive tests and then just giving pain killers. He could have prescribed other doctor during the first visit but that would not have served the purpose. After providing all the necessary report, doctor asked me to go through all the test once again from his laboratory **** *** *** ******** ******** I just wanted him to go through the report & provide me the fitness report on the basis of those ********* reports. Dr Sandeep treated my parents for covid. Both are above 75 with usual age related complications. Dr Sandeep is very professional explained clearly the risk factors and the challenges, sets you right expectations ,no false promises and explains very clearly what is happening and what can be the next steps. Coming to waiting time , it's amazing the support staff maintenance his dairy exceptional. Have observed it is true for all the patient s. I have been treated by Dr Sandeep as in-patient in Sunshine hospital. I have admitted at a critical stage of low BP 50/20 almost vision lost.. in emergency Dr Sandeep picked the case in a day, I brought to normal bp vales125/80. He is very friendly *** *** ********** *********** ***** ** ********* ***** ** ********* Also, he demonstrate the experience while at treatment and he understands the patient view and patiently listens, which is a very good habit for a doctor.
